Contest Rules

Who Can Enter

To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must reside in San Antonio or surrounding area and must be between the ages of 13-15 years of age as of October 4, 2009. Prize package must be used by October 2010.

Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. San Antonio Television, LLC and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television station Fox 29-KABB or My35 Television, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

Employees of Teen Special Event Expo and their immediate families are also ineligible.

Employees of Clear Channel Communications and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to Clear Channel Communications, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter

Entry forms are available at the event or online at www.teenspecialevents.com.

The contest starts on Saturday, February 2, 2009. Entries must be received no later than Friday, October 2, 2009 for online registration. Winner will be announced at 4:45pm, Sunday, October 4, 2009. Winner must be present to win.

All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Teen Special Event Expo and will not be acknowledged or returned.

No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry is allowed per contestant.

The Prize

One lucky winner will be selected to receive a complete teen birthday package to include:

Gown(female) or Tuxedo(male) for winner

Tuxedos for up to 15 males in party

Reception/Party up to 100 people to include facility, hors' d'oeuvres , 4 hours of DJ music, Photography(basic package), cake, and Limousine service(pickup/drop-off). Any additional requirements and/or charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner will be notified at the Teen Special Event Expo on Sunday, October 4, 2009. Winner must show picture identification or other verifiable identification to claim prize.

Winner must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility, or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of the individual prize provider. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

Neither Teen Special Event Expo nor Sinclair Broadcast Broup, Inc. Sinclair Television Group, Inc., San Antonio Television, LLC, or Cox Radio are liable if the provider of any part of the prize package fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

In claiming your prize package, you acknowledge that Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc., San Antonio Television, LLC as well as Clear Channel Communications and Teen Special Event Expo have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and San Antonio Television, LLC, Clear Channel Communications and Teen Special Event Expo are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize
